Your data, in plain words
This isn't a test you can fail. The Academy is here to help you feel confident on the floor — not to put pressure on you. Here's exactly what we measure and who can see it. No surprises.
What we measure
- Your progress
- Which lessons and paths you've started and completed. This simply marks where you left off so you can pick back up.
- Your scores
- Your results on quizzes. They help you see what's already solid and what's worth a second look. There's no penalty for a low score — you can always try again.
- Your attendance
- The days you spent a little time learning. We use it to celebrate consistency, never to keep tabs on you.
- Your streak
- A gentle count of consecutive learning days. It's meant to be encouraging — days off are built in, and breaking it costs you nothing.
Who can see it
- YouYou see everything about your own learning, anytime.
- Your managerYour manager can see your overall progress and scores, to support you and plan training — not to judge you.
- Your team's leaderboardTeammates may see a friendly leaderboard with your name, streak and badges. It's about cheering each other on — and you can ask to stay off it.
The short version
We measure learning to help you grow, not to rank or police you. Nothing here is sold or shared outside the winery. If anything ever feels off, just ask your manager — we'll explain.
